EDUARDO F. DE OLIVEIRA JUNIOR, ATTORNEY

Graduated in Law from the Doctum College of Juiz de Fora-MG, he continued his studies specializing in the field of Epistemology, International Treaty Law, Copyright Law, Intellectual Property, and Cybersecurity.

He began his activities as an academic researcher while still in college, participating in national and international congresses, such as CONPEDI, where he received the award for best academic poster twice, in Curitiba (2016) and Brasília (2017), in addition to co-authoring at the III Congress on Sexual and Gender Diversity, organized by the Graduate Programs in Law and Education at the Federal University of Ouro Preto-MG and the Law School of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, with an article published in a book.

He has published several articles in co-authorship with respected professors and researchers, continuing his academic contributions, such as a recent contribution on Comparative Law between Brazil and Thailand, in addition to seeking to deepen his understanding of international legal relations in the context of Brazil and Asia, with an emphasis on China and ASEAN countries.

In the field of law, he has been practicing as an attorney since 2020, focusing on the protection of Constitutional Rights, Copyrights, Intellectual Property, and Civil Law.
